All orders over NT$1,000 receive free shipping.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours. Delivery to the Greater Taipei area takes approximately 2-3 days (excluding holidays), and to the rest of Taiwan takes approximately 3-5 days. If you haven't received your order within 5 days, please contact us.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you within 2 days.
